At Her Fantasy Box, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and unwashed.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
